Trend Arrows
How Trend Arrows Work
- Grey Up/Down: Trend arrows display in grey until performance changes significantly
- Green Up Arrow: Performance is improving above the set threshold percentage
- Red Down Arrow: Performance is declining below the set threshold percentage
Threshold Settings
- Configurable Thresholds: The percentage change required to trigger colored arrows can be adjusted
- Real-time Updates: Arrows update automatically as new data comes in
- Performance Indicator: Provides at-a-glance view of trending performance
Group Filtering & Management
Interactive Filtering
- Click Facility Names: Click on any facility name to filter and view only machines from that facility
- Click Group Names: Click on any group name to filter and view only machines within that specific group
- Quick Access: Easily focus on specific areas of your operation with one click
Group Management
- Create Groups: Organize your machines into custom groups for better management
- Public Groups: Create groups that are visible to all users in your organization
- Private Groups: Create personal groups that only you can see and manage
In-Spec Percentage Display
Overall In-Spec Percentage
- Large Percentage: The prominent percentage next to the trend arrow shows overall performance
- Calculation: Number of in-spec parameters ÷ Total number of cycles × 100
- Real-time: Updates automatically as new cycles are completed
Individual Parameter Specs
- Per Parameter: Each parameter displays its own in-spec percentage
- Average Values: Shows the average value for each parameter beneath the percentage
- Color Coding: Visual indicators show parameter performance at a glance
Cycle Information
Cycle Counts
- Total Cycles: Complete count of all wrap cycles attempted
- Incomplete Cycles: Number of cycles that did not complete properly
- Incomplete Percentage: Shows what percentage of cycles were incomplete
Issue Indicators
- Main Issue Display: Shows primary issues next to incomplete cycle count
- Blue Info Button: Click to view detailed breakdown of issues
- Issue Categories: Beginning, mid-cycle, and end-cycle problems
